Membership can be termitted by either of us. Membership Fees are not refundable under any conditions even if you terminate the membership with DevangarMatrimonial.Com. Charges for the Membership Schemes are subject to change without any prior notice.

Membership can be upgraded from the Free Membership to Silver Membership and from the Silver Membership to Gold Membership anytime by sending the appropriate additional fee to DevangarMatrimonial.com


Online Conduct
You would not submit any wrong, defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, obscene, profane, offensive, sexually oriented, threatening, harassing material.You will not include any offensive anatomical or sexual references and you will not host any photos containing nudity.

Your membership will be automatically suspended if you send a "abusive, obscene or sexually oriented" message to other members. You will not send or submit any information for the members to buy or sell any product or services through DevangarMatrimonial.Com You will not post or transmit any content, information or trademarks without the prior consent of the person holding proprietary or licensed rights thereof.

DevangarMatrimonial.Com is not responsible / liable for such unforeseen or unintentional errors. DevangarMatrimonial.Com would rectify any errors that may occur in the hosting of the profiles as and when informed.


Dealer / Assistant Agent System
If you choose the need for dealer / agents offline help, then you, the user will agree with the terms of the Agent / dealer for the offline bride / groom contacts. DevangarMatrimonial.Com will involve in the offline assistance offered by the appropriate dealers/agents. The Agents / Dealers name and other contact information are listed in this website. Before the dealer/agent approach you, DevangarMatrimonial.com will mail you the information about that authorised agent.
